This position is fully remote, allowing you to engage with clients without commuting while utilizing telehealth technology. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to accurately identify clients’ needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Design and implement personalized therapy programs tailored to address the unique concerns of each individual or family.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing established treatment modalities to guide clients through their issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure holistic and integrated care for our clients.

• Educate clients' families and support networks, providing them with the resources and understanding they need to assist in the healing process.

You will primarily work with individuals and families facing various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and traumatic experiences. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, counseling, or a related field is essential.

Preferred Experience\n
