Staffing Inc. is partnered with a great company in Norton Shores, MI, who is looking for a great Cabinet Assembler. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking candidate with a good eye for detail. Resolving problems and notifying the supervisor of deficiencies and issues regarding completion.

Cabinet  Assembler   Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the proper stacking, identifying and moving of all finished products to the proper location. 
• Ensure all equipment is properly set up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use. 
• Monitor equipment and request maintenance when required. 
• Examine connections for correct fit
• Fasten parts and subassemblies according to design specification and approved procedures
• Verify specifications by measuring complete components
• Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications
• Continuous improvement, quality, and safety.

Cabinet  Assembler   Q ualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of cabinet materials, production processes, machines, hardware and assembly tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts when needed.
• Quick paced, while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Good verbal and written communication
• Good computer skills
• Ability to accurately prepare documents, production sheets and other reports related to paperwork required by our procedures.
• Ability to apply principles of logical thinking of a wide range of practical problems.
• Work independently and make independent solutions.
• High-level of visual awareness
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Pass background check/drug screen
• Great attendance and positive attitude
• Flexible and team player
• Work in a Hot environment
• Work Overtime, Weekends and/or Holidays
