Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Administer personalized therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.

• Monitor client progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services to enhance accessibility for clients experiencing barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Bachelor’s degree is a minimum entry requirement, candidates with comprehensive experience in therapy, particularly in outpatient settings or with specialized populations (such as children or veterans), will be viewed favorably. Experience in a telehealth environment is also beneficial, as we strive to provide accessible services to all clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and client caseload. Additional benefits include:
