Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and backgrounds.

• Facilitating individual and couple therapy sessions aimed at addressing complex family dynamics and promoting resolution in conflicts.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in overcoming issues related to alcoholism, abuse, bereavement, medical problems, and workplace stress.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, including support for adjusting to divorce, managing sibling rivalry, and enhancing communication skills.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and records for all therapeutic interactions and progress notes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We recognize and reward our therapists with a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, we offer:
