Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist with expense reporting and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support audits and provide requested documentation
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-3 years of accounting experience (internships welcome!)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct)
- Internship or prior experience in a corporate or public accounting environment
