Work Environment

This position will involve working onsite at patients' homes across Henderson and surrounding areas, allowing you to directly observe your patients' progress in their daily environments. You will utilize various resources and tools, including modern techniques in physical therapy and electronic medical record (EMR) systems, to provide effective and efficient treatment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical health and functional abilities to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer manual therapy techniques and various modalities to assist patients in pain relief and recovery.
• Design and implement customized therapy programs aimed at helping patients achieve their recovery goals and enhance their quality of life.
• Utilize EMR systems like WebPT to document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
• Engage with an interdisciplinary team of health professionals to provide cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about therapeutic processes and home exercises to promote ongoing recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, to those managing chronic conditions that impact their mobility. You will have the privilege of working closely with a diverse patient population, each with unique challenges and recovery paths. Your expertise will help them regain their independence and improve their quality of life through customized therapy interventions in their familiar surroundings.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current, active Physical Therapy license in Nevada.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, preferably in home care or outpatient therapy.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Proficient with EMR systems; familiarity with WebPT is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
• Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive, individualized care plans based on patient evaluations.
• Previous experience in home care settings or community-based therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 , commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive wages, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
