Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and client satisfaction through effective project billing and support. Ideally we are looking for a candidate who is detail oriented and comfortable working with project managers and high level executives. Why Work Here Great fun loving culture focused on collaboration and growth Paid volunteer time and professional development opportunities Flexible hybrid schedules Responsibilities For The Accounting Specialist the Accounting Specialist is going to be focused on billing, setting up projects aligning, billing terms with contracts Collaborate with team members to gather and verify billing data Prepare and deliver accurate monthly invoices in accordance with contract requirements Provide occasional cross-functional support to the accounting team Requirements For The Accounting Specialist Degree in Accounting Minimum 2 years of billing/accounting experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr
