Senior Manager - Governance Solutions

Role Description

This position is responsible for leading Internal/External Audit initiatives for Strategic Sourcing (e.g., supplier data, templates, schedules, contracts) inclusive of SOC, HITRUST, Internal/External Client Questions / Renewals – by driving discussions and providing necessary documentation and evidence related to third-party management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Strategic Sourcing’s compliance and training calendar and prepare reporting for client audits.
• Provide 1:1 coaching to internal and external stakeholders based on data analysis and observations.
• Drive alerts, resolve issues, and support Category Pillars with governance‑related escalations.

Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM)

• Lead the TPRM program for new and existing suppliers, including remediation tracking, oversight, and updates.
• Prepare executive summaries for supplier classification, mitigation plans, automation opportunities, and assessment results.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the TPRM framework, policies, and procedures.
• Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to determine heightened review requirements for suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier review schedules and participate in on‑site audit reviews.
• Evaluate and analyze supplier scorecards and surveys.
• Manage TPRM projects to ensure third‑party relationships remain secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational risk standards.

Supplier Governance & Contract Compliance

• Lead the Supplier Contract Compliance program, including monitoring SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Track SLA reporting, issue demand letters for missing SLAs, and coordinate quarterly and annual performance reviews.

Policies, Processes & Governance Solutions

• Create or update policies, SOPs, exhibits, and guidelines; collaborate with SMEs, business owners, and Legal/Compliance stakeholders; roll out updates in defined sprints.
• Lead and manage Strategic Sourcing best practices, processes, and procedures related to external suppliers and service providers.
• Lead communications and training related to Governance Solutions updates.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in Governance Solutions programs.

Training & Engagement

• Develop and deliver Strategic Sourcing training programs, including Training & Development sessions and Boot Camps.
• Conduct and report on annual Strategic Sourcing engagement surveys.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Third‑Party Risk Management, Supplier Governance, Procurement, Compliance, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing supplier governance programs, contract compliance, and performance monitoring.
• Background supporting or leading TPRM frameworks, supplier assessments, and remediation activities.
• Experience participating in audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience developing and maintaining governance documentation such as policies, SOPs, and frameworks.

Salary Pay Range

• Minimum: 112,300.00 USD
• Maximum: 127,000.00 USD
