As a remote position, this role offers the flexibility to work from home while ensuring a supportive and collaborative atmosphere through virtual platforms. The workweek consists of regular hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a productive yet balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and circumstances of each client.

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure holistic care for each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document treatment progress.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case conferences to enhance professional development and ensure adherence to best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals struggling with substance abuse issues, as well as those dealing with co-occurring mental health disorders. Our clientele may include adults from diverse backgrounds facing challenges such as trauma, emotional crises, and suicidal ideation. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
