Job Description
The GSRP Teacher Lead plays a vital role in fostering the educational growth and development of 4-5-year-old children. This position involves leading curriculum development, managing classrooms of 10-15 students, and ensuring effective communication with parents. Reporting to the Program Coordinator, the Teacher Lead also participates in workshops and seminars for ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and adapt curriculum to meet developmental needs
Manage classroom environments for optimal learning
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
Plan and organize lessons aligned with educational standards
Supervise classrooms to maintain safety and engagement
Participate in professional development workshops and seminars

Required Qualifications
5+ years experience in early childhood education
Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Preferred Qualifications
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
Expertise in early childhood education, child development, and classroom instruction
Proficiency in lesson planning, assessment techniques, and behavior management
Strong communication, team leadership, and organizational skills
