Invest in your future with ongoing training and skills development.What You'll Be DoingSet up and operate Swiss CNC machines producing precision componentsInstall and adjust tooling, machine offsets, and production settingsPerform tool changes and monitor tool wear throughout productionRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documentationInspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement equipmentTroubleshoot machining and quality issues, making adjustments as necessaryCollaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to achieve production goalsMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient work areaWhat We're Looking ForMinimum of 2 years of CNC Swiss machining experienceExperience with Tsugami, Citizen, Star, or other Swiss-style CNC machinesProven setup experience including tooling changes and offset adjustmentsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong understanding of tight-tolerance machining practicesMedical device manufacturing experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workReliable work history and a positive team-oriented attitudeIf you're an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist looking to maximize your earnings, join a growing company that rewards performance and provides long-term career opportunities.
