Staff Accountant II

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Staff Accountant II who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and being part of a collaborative team environment. Requirements

• Process and support Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, invoicing, cash applications, bank reconciliations, and collections activities

• Prepare account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reconciliation items

• Participate in month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Prepare and support standard daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and schedules

• Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records

• Perform inventory accounting and reporting activities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Assist with internal and external audits

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies

• Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to support business objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial accounting experience

• Inventory accounting experiences

• Experience working in a growth-oriented business environment
