Job Title: Bookkeeper/Accountant Location: Cherry Hill, NJ Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $55K - $70K pending overall experience Work Model: Onsite Hours / Schedule: 40.0 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30 / 9:00 am start Overview Growing Nutraceutical company seeking detail-oriented, self-starter Bookkeepers / Accountants with strong Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables (AR / AP) background. Responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable including invoicing, tracking payments, and customer follow-up Process Accounts Payable including vendor invoices, approvals, and payment scheduling with leadership Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks Ensure accuracy of customer billing terms (pricing variations, pallet charges, payment structures) Manage AR/AP with approximately 20 active customers plus suppliers Requirements 3–5 years accounting/bookkeeping experience Accounts Payable (AP) experience (invoice processing, vendor payments, approvals) Accounts Receivable (AR) experience (customer billing, collections, payment tracking)QuickBooks experience (required) Excel (intermediate to advanced preferred) Strong attention to detail in billing terms and customer contracts Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (experience outweighs education) Comfortable working in a small-company, fast-moving environment Must-Have: Strong AP and AR experience Nice-to-Have: Manufacturing or nutraceutical industry experience Experience working directly with ownership/leadership Candidates expecting large corporate structure or segmented accounting teams are discouraged Detail-oriented, self-starter, organized, Hands‑on, team player, adaptable, process‑minded personality traits Benefits Eligible employees receive health and welfare benefits coverage options including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, and participation in a 401(k) plan.
