The assignment runs from now through June 25, 2027, with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule totaling 35 hours per week.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in New York (PT - NY)
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
• Commitment to creating inclusive and engaging treatment sessions

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to PreK and school-aged students in accordance with IEP goals
• Develop, implement, and update therapy plans targeted at achieving students’ mobility and functional objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and recommendations
• Evaluate student abilities and modify approaches as needed to optimize outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and support a positive school environment
