Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
• Possession of either the ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Current and active state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience or genuine interest in working with pediatrics within school environments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students from diverse backgrounds
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s unique needs
• Offer direct therapy services in both group and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to enhance student progress
• Document assessments, treatment, and progress in accordance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
