This opportunity focuses on serving preschool through 5th-grade students, offering you the chance to foster communication skills and academic growth in early learners.

What We’re Looking For:

• SLP-CCC credentials required
• Prior experience working with preschool and elementary (K-5) students
• Comfortable facilitating and writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Skilled in conducting assessments to determine eligibility for speech/language services
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams in a supportive environment
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing speech and language therapy to students in preschool through fifth grade
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with IEP goals
• Leading and participating in IEP meetings with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Conducting comprehensive assessments for initial and ongoing eligibility
• Maintaining thorough documentation of student progress and communication with stakeholders
• Adapting therapy approaches to meet a diverse range of student needs
