Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs and challenges, fostering an understanding that informs tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices and customized techniques to facilitate meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish individualized therapeutic goals, tracking progress over time, and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring quality care and continuity for clients.

• Engage in regular supervision and training opportunities to enhance professional development and stay current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, family conflict, and trauma-related issues, among other concerns. Your ability to establish rapport and demonstrate empathy will be vital in creating a safe and affirming space for clients to address their mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia is mandatory.

Archway Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and commitment to patient care.
