Territory Manager (Southern California Based)

Geography: West Coast

\n

What You Will Do:

\n

Sell water filtration products and solutions throughout Life Sciences Laboratories. You will be supporting the West Coast Channel Sales Managers selling in collaboration, through a key distributor and direct to customer. Both local and overnight travel will be required.

\n

\n

In This Role You Will:

\n

\n
• Partner with and support internal channel sales reps to sell your specific portfolio.
\n
• Partner with distributor sales representatives to sell products and solutions to end user.
\n
• Identify key targets and conduct joint and individual sales calls to close business.
\n
• Drive revenue growth by identifying product solutions, matching products to customer needs and minimizing competitive losses.
\n
• Build and strategically manage relationships with new and existing customers
\n

What You Will Need:

\n

\n
• Proven new business closer – 3+ years exceeding quota in hunter/new business development sales roles.
\n
• Distribution Experience.
\n
• Large territory expertise – Skilled in managing multi-state regions and prioritizing high-value targets
\n
• Consultative seller – Adept at uncovering customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing.
\n
• Self-driven & resilient – Thrives in autonomous, competitive environments.
\n
• Knowledge of standard manufacturing and business tools, including Microsoft Office.
\n
• Ability to apply and articulate a customer value proposition.
