About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead and oversee all HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HR analytics, and service delivery. This role also involves managing HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and workforce analytics tools, as well as driving operational excellence by improving HR processes and ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR policies. The VP of HR will be expected to provide data-driven insights to executive leadership, mentor and develop HR teams, and align HR operations with organizational goals and employee experience strategies. Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification. A minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience is required, with a strong background in HR operations, compliance, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR technology. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, deep knowledge of employment laws, and experience in organizational development, change management, and process improvement. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and effectively partner with executive leadership.
