The firm employs three complementary strategies: private credit, private equity, and secondary private credit and equity fund investing. Star Mountain targets businesses with $5M–$50M in annual EBITDA, serving a diverse investor base of domestic and global institutions including public pensions, corporate pensions, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, and family offices.The Vice President, Private Equity will be responsible for helping lead the evaluation, execution, and management of private equity investments, including control buyouts and structured equity investments. The senior team has an average of 30 years of investment experience, with backgrounds at Blackstone/GSO, Fortress, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, and Merrill Lynch.
