Job Description

Provide professional phone assistance to members, providers, and callers.
Assist with the prior authorization process, data entry, and filling prescriptions.
Help walk-in patients and support other functions as directed by the site leader.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials.
Transfer all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.

Critical Information

Position is 100% onsite.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Education/Licenses Needed

Verifiable High School diploma or GED required.
State license required; national certification preferred.

Benefits:
