Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities range from helping coordinate events and to supporting an impressive team of smart, driven people who are committed to helping each other out and delivering a great service for their clients.Responsibilities for the Sales and Marketing Coordinator: Identify, plan, execute, and track events and campaigns that are focused on high touch engagement (including hosted events, sponsored forums/tradeshows, user group meetings)Act as liaison between the marketing team and the field; be the face of marketing to sales teams, and conversely communicate needs of the field. Also open to assisting travel arrangements.Develop event and field marketing strategy spanning multiple geographies, customer segments.Coordinate all aspects of each event – venue to agenda and driving participation and follow-up.Ensure timely lead routing and follow-up with local teams to track success metrics.Use our CRM to track field activities, invitations, and events through to opportunity creation.Establish and proactively manage a budget, being vigilant in tracking; evaluate results against goals and generate learnings for improvement.Create and execute account-based marketing strategies within designed framework aligning to sales needs and goals.Work with the Communications Director and Head of Business Development to identify new opportunities to sponsor events that are aligned with brand values and sales priorities.Align with Head of Marketing to ensure consistent branding and messaging.Ideal qualifications for the Sales and Marketing Coordinator: A motivated individual with 0-2+ years of marketing or sales support experienceEvent/Field marketing experience or internships idealSavvy, creative, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAn excellent communicator who isn't phased by the occasional logistical crisisProven track record of working with B2B sales organization to build and deliver resultsClear, thoughtful communicator (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of multi-touch / multi-dimensional marketing campaigns and programs.Demonstrated strong listening, information gathering, and management skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs and outcomes.Team player with cross-functional project leadership skillsStart-up level flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced organizationComfortable in an environment where change is a constantEager to roll up your sleeves and get it done$45,000- $60,000Location New York NYApply For This Position Your Name (required)Your Email (required)Upload ResumeWhat are you looking for?
