Title: GTM Recruiter/ Sourcer

Hourly Pay Rate: $45–$60/hr. (commensurate with experience)

Contract Length: 6+ Months, with potential for extension

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

We're partnering with a high-growth fintech company to hire an experienced GTM Sourcer/ Recruiter to support the continued growth of its Sales and Go-to-Market organization. This role will focus heavily on proactive sourcing and pipeline development for GTM talent, with an emphasis on Sales Development Representatives (SDRs/BDRs), Account Executives, Account Management, and other revenue-generating roles.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on sourcer who knows how to find and engage high-quality passive talent, build targeted pipelines, and develop creative sourcing strategies in competitive markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to solve challenging hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for Sales and broader Go-to-Market roles, with a particular focus on SDR/BDR and revenue-generating talent.
\n
• Build targeted pipelines of qualified passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, networking, talent mapping, and other creative sourcing channels.
\n
• Identify and engage candidates across a range of GTM functions, including SDR/BDR, Account Executive, Account Management, Sales, Revenue, Customer Success, and related roles.
\n
• Conduct market mapping and competitive talent research to identify relevant companies, talent pools, and high-performing GTM professionals.
\n
• Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop targeted sourcing plans.
\n
• Proactively reach out to passive candidates, build relationships, and effectively communicate the opportunity and value proposition.
\n
• Track sourcing activity, pipeline development, conversion metrics, and market insights to provide visibility into recruiting progress.
\n
• Continuously test and refine sourcing strategies based on candidate response rates, market conditions, and hiring-manager feedback.
\n
• Help create an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through transition to the recruiting team.

Qualifications:

\n
• 4+ years of sourcing experience supporting Sales, GTM, SDR/BDR, or other revenue-generating roles.
\n
• Proven experience sourcing Senior, Staff, Principal, and Leadership talent.
\n
• Experience recruiting within both high-growth startup environments and large-scale technology organizations.
\n
• Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
\n
• Ability to build relationships with passive candidates and effectively communicate complex opportunities.
\n
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment.
\n
• Strong collaboration skills with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background working in high-growth technology, fintech, SaaS, or similarly fast-paced organizations.
\n
• Strong understanding of current technical hiring trends and competitive talent markets.
