Administrative Sales Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Sales Assistant to support our sales team and daily winery operations.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Manage phone and email inquiries.
Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Manage customer accounts and respond to customer inquiries.
Coordinate shipments and work with fulfillment partners.
Assist with inventory tracking and order reconciliation.
Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
Support direct-to-consumer sales activities.
Assist with special events and other office duties as needed.

Qualifications:
Previous administrative or sales support experience preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Professional, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with eCellar CRM.
Experience with WineShipping order fulfillment platform.
Familiarity with winery operations, wine clubs, or direct-to-consumer sales.
Knowledge of the wine industry is a plus.
