This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting, thrives on keeping details organized, and takes pride in providing a positive experience for candidates and employees.The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and an excellent communicator who follows through and enjoys being part of a collaborative HR team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport candidate sourcing, screening, and recruiting activitiesCoordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring processAssist with job postings, onboarding, and other HR administrative functionsMaintain accurate candidate and employee recordsProvide data entry, documentation, reporting, and file management supportRespond to routine candidate and employee questionsAssist with special HR projects and department needsHandle confidential information with professionalism and discretionSkills & Experience2+ years of recruiting, HR coordination, or HR administrative experienceExperience supporting candidate sourcing and screeningProficiency with Microsoft OfficeExperience working with HRIS and/or applicant tracking systemsUKG experience is a plusOrganized, detail-oriented, dependable, proactive, an excellent communicator, and committed to strong follow-through.
