Auditor/a
Descripción
El/la Auditor/a deberá garantizar que tengamos recuentos precisos en nuestras tiendas. En esta función, revisará y contará la mercancía recibida diariamente en el almacén y contará manualmente toda la mercancía en nuestro piso de ventas. Cuando identifique discrepancias, debe documentarlas de acuerdo con los protocolos de la empresa, trabajar para encontrar el origen de la inexactitud y encontrar formas de reducir o eliminar futuros errores. Se espera que produzca y entregue informes de auditoría a Operaciones, según lo requieran.
Funciones y responsabilidades
Realizar auditorias y registrarlos en la documentación requerida.
Informe las discrepancias y encuentre formas de prevenirlas en el futuro.
Caminar por el piso de ventas para hacer conteos manuales de toda la mercancía.
Identificar las discrepancias y documentarlas adecuadamente.
Analiza datos con la información recopilada.
Brinda asesoramiento sobre problemas de calidad identificados en la revisión.
Gestionar la integración de los procesos y mantener el enfoque en los objetivos de la empresa.
Requisitos
Bachillerato en Administración de Empresa con Concentración en Contabilidad y/o Finanza o su Equivalente en 4 años de experiencia en la posición.
Un años o más de experiencia en auditoría e inventario, preferiblemente en cadena de tienda.
Conocimiento Tecnológico.
Conocimiento intermedio de Excel.
Dominio del idioma español e inglés.
Habilidades
Habilidad para mantener y establecer relaciones de trabajo efectivas con clientes, empleados y suplidores.
Capacidad de pararse y caminar durante períodos prolongados.
Capacidad de doblarse, arrodillarse, agacharse durante su turno.
Gran atención al detalle.
