Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's strengths, needs, and presenting mental health challenges.

• Deliver effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing a variety of evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Craft personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring they align with each client's unique goals and therapeutic needs.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other health professionals to provide a coordinated and comprehensive treatment approach that enhances client care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and risk assessment to clients in distress, developing safety plans as necessary.

• Document all therapeutic encounters and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with ethical and legal standards to ensure a transparent care process.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, catering to diverse community needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele comprises individuals facing a spectrum of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an accredited Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflective of the experience and qualifications of the chosen candidate.
