Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a licensed practitioner will involve:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and formulate effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Providing individual, couple, and family therapies, applying modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitating psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering community and resilience among clients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

• Offering crisis intervention services and support to clients in acute distress, ensuring timely and compassionate care during emergencies.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, you must possess the following credentials:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and applicable therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

We welcome candidates with at least two years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly those who have worked with diverse patient populations and delivered both individual and group therapy. Experience in providing crisis intervention is highly valued.
