LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing commercial real estate investment and development firm in Austin to find a Controller to join their team. This opportunity offers exposure across accounting, investments, acquisitions, and investor reporting within a hands‑on environment. The team operates in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting where individuals work closely with leadership and contribute across multiple areas of the business. Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting and financial reporting for corporate and ownership entities Review and consolidate financials from third‑party property management partners Support investor reporting and partnership accounting Assist with ownership distributions, waterfalls, and related reporting Coordinate with external CPA firms on tax filings Manage banking, cash flow, and day‑to‑day accounting operations Partner on acquisition, investment, and asset management activities Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc financial analysis Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5–7 years of accounting experience Public accounting or audit background preferred CPA is a plus Real estate or investment experience highly preferred Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment Why This Opportunity High visibility and direct exposure to leadership Broad scope across accounting, operations, and investments Entrepreneurial, team‑oriented culture Stable organization with long‑term growth potential #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
