Salary: $59,000-62,000 Location: Southaven, MS Schedule: Monday through Friday, Weekend Rotation of Manager on Duty Job Summary The Sous Chef, will oversee the successful operation of the Culinary Department for a healthcare facility with patient dining, a high-volume retail cafe, caterings and a physician's lounge. You will assist in the supervision, preparation, and cooking of various food items, developing daily menu items and their preparation and garnishment. You may supervise 15-20 hourly associates and you work with Executive Chef and Senior Director of Dining Services to develop new menus and assist with ordering. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, entrepreneurial Culinary professional.
