Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for clients.

• Utilize a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy, regularly adapting techniques to meet client needs.

• Engage in active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care and holistic treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• Attractive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
