Key Qualifications/Experience:

• Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP setting highly desired
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Dedication to fostering a positive learning environment for children
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement therapy tailored to individual students’ needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to students in two elementary schools
• Collaborate with existing SLP staff to ensure effective and coordinated service delivery
• Evaluate and document students’ speech/language development and progress
• Develop customized intervention plans and share progress reports with faculty and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary educational teams
• Balance a flexible, part-time schedule—three days per week, with school hours from 8:44am to 3:40pm
