Benefits you’ll enjoy Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance – Affordable, with free services at Boys Town Clinics 401(k) with 100% Match – Up to 6% of your salary Generous Paid Time Off – Vacation, sick time, and holidays Tuition Assistance – Continue your education while making an impact Employee Assistance Program – Free support for you and your family Company‑Paid Life & Disability Insurance What you’ll be doing Coordinate foster care placements and develop individualized service plans Set and evaluate short‑and‑long‑term goals for each child Monitor and support foster families through regular visits and training Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and community professionals Respond to client emergencies and assist in reunification or aftercare services Who we’re looking for Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field 1+ year experience working with children and families Ability to provide own transportation to complete travel requirements of job required Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and pass an annual Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) check required Meet auto insurance requirements established by Boys Town policy and/or State and local laws required Available rotationally to provide crisis response and must be available to work non‑traditional business hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays required Physical & safety requirements Ability to work in high‑stress situations and diverse environments Must travel to homes and community settings, including those with pets or poor living conditions Other duties This job description incorporates the essential functions and duties required for this position.
