Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each patient, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Administer various therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, tailored to enhance each patient's mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Continuously monitor patient progress during therapy sessions and adjust treatment strategies as necessary based on individual responses and outcomes.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding effective techniques for managing their conditions and preventing potential injuries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient treatments, responses, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory and facility standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
