Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including taking comprehensive medical histories and performing detailed physical assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and collaborate with patients and their families to establish realistic rehabilitation goals and expectations.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols to address a variety of conditions, from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain management, utilizing evidence-based practice and the latest therapy modalities.
• Track and document patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on patient response and outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, precautions, and therapy techniques designed to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient statuses, collaborative care strategies, and professional experiences to continuously elevate the standard of care.

Your work will encompass a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, traumatic injuries, orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, and age-related deterioration. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.
• Must possess a current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting or outpatient clinic is highly desirable.
