Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, and you will be working in the patient's home, which requires adaptability to various environments and a focus on individualized care. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and restrictions, incorporating their feedback to inform therapy sessions.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual interventions, and other modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functional capabilities.
• Regularly monitor and record patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on outcomes and evolving needs.
• Educate patients and their families on effective techniques for managing conditions and preventing further injuries, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
• Maintain thorough documentation of treatment plans, patient progress, and outcomes in compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists, social workers, and physicians, to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• Possess an active Florida State license as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience. In addition to a lucrative salary, we provide:
