Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, as our therapists provide in-home care that allows patients to receive treatments in a familiar and comfortable environment. You will work closely with individuals of varying ages and backgrounds, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, elderly patients with mobility challenges, and those undergoing rehabilitation following surgery. The workplace is dynamic, fostering collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities to identify specific therapeutic needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring these plans align with patients' recovery goals.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to facilitate pain relief, enhance mobility, and promote overall functional recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on best practices for body mechanics, posture, and techniques to prevent future injuries.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, keeping comprehensive records of interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to create a cohesive and comprehensive care strategy for each patient.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to ensure optimal patient care coordination and address evolving patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

• A minimum of five years of clinical experience in the field, particularly in home care settings.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in therapeutic interventions.
• A strong foundation in rehabilitation technologies and techniques.
