Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and re-evaluations, accurately interpreting results to inform treatment plans and interventions.
• Perform detailed chart reviews and collect relevant data to track patient progress, ensuring adherence to best practices in documentation.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and specialists, to discuss patient histories, treatment options, and progress updates.
• Apply your knowledge of complex medical diagnoses, laboratory findings, and contraindications to tailor therapy strategies effectively.
• Develop and implement patient-specific treatment programs that leverage innovative techniques, ensuring effectiveness for a diverse caseload that includes orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric patients.
• Monitor clinical outcomes closely and engage with fellow therapists when addressing challenging cases or achieving treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) are a plus.

• Organizational skills to manage schedules, patient documentation, and treatment plans effectively.

• Attractive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
