Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans focused on preventing disability, relieving pain, and restoring functionality according to client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each client's functional abilities using diagnostic tests related to muscles, nerves, and joints.
• Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants in delivering care, ensuring adherence to established treatment protocols.
• Evaluate and modify the home environment to facilitate client rehabilitation and promote independence.
• Deliver physical therapy interventions as directed by a physician, which includes therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and the application of physical agents.
• Monitor client progress, document therapy sessions, and report any changes in condition to healthcare team members.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and review comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient.
• Educate clients and their families on therapeutic techniques, equipment usage, and ways to maintain wellness.
• Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation, adhering to branch policies.
• Participate in regular case conferences to discuss and evaluate client treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain, among others. Our approach emphasizes a holistic perspective that addresses not just physical rehabilitation, but also emotional and psychological support. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current physical therapist licensure in good standing in Florida.
• At least one year of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in acute or home care settings.
• Active CPR certification.
• A valid driver's license with automobile insurance to facilitate home visits.
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in home healthcare services and a deep understanding of the nuances of outpatient rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
