Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling them to manage office tasks efficiently while providing exceptional support to staff and clients. This role is essential in maintaining a productive workplace and fostering a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
• ??Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding and employee relations.
• Assist with organizing internal events and promote team morale
• Communicate effectively with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• ??Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Liaison between Setnix and Corporate Headquarters to assist with social media and team events.
• Assist with Payroll and Timecard approval for 100+ employees

Experience

• Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with Excel preferred
• Experience with employee relations and team building
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
