About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning, building, and running a startup in the Fintech sector. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires an ambitious entrepreneur with a strong desire to scale their own startup. The Head of Product will be supported by a network of serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders, receiving 1:1 sparring, intensive coaching, and access to a community of top-tier professionals. The focus is on personal and professional development, with a fully customized program to enhance the candidate's management skills and the goal of scaling the startup to €100M+ in revenues. Applicants for the Head of Product position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role demands a high level of commitment, as the candidate will be expected to take full responsibility for their startup and work towards significant revenue growth. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. The company values outlier personalities and is dedicated to supporting the right candidate in their journey to build a €1B+ company. The Head of Product will also be involved in team building, product iteration, and will receive support in reaching product-market fit, as well as in building a sales force or marketing engine.
