Remote Engagement Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - Hybrid A remote engagement sales representative position with Amplity for a top long-standing client. This role focuses on virtual interactions with health care professionals (HCPs) to promote assigned client product(s) and meet sales objectives. Core Responsibilities Promote company products via remote engagements (telephone or video calls) by engaging assigned HCP targets in in‑depth discussions to attain individual, territory, and company sales goals. Profile and manage targeted lists of HCPs and provide value‑added benefits to grow product volume. Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals. Maintain call productivity and metrics required by the program. Effectively and compliantly communicate with customers using selling, listening, and negotiation skills, approved messaging, and approved promotional aids as needed. Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and programming. Verify and complete required data entry of call activity in Veeva. Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions. Communicate with team members, client partners, and Amplity project support teams as required. Create and maintain a positive impression with the company and its customers. Prepare reports for management as needed. Fully comply with all laws, regulations, and Amplity and company health policies, the Code of Conduct, privacy and data guidelines, and relevant state and federal laws. Participate in teleconferences, virtual meetings, and live national, regional, and district meetings and training sessions, and represent the client at national and/or local conventions when applicable. Travel as needed for territory coverage, conventions, or national meetings. Education Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required. Qualifications - Experience B2B, field pharmaceutical sales, remote sales, or medical sales experience desired. Technical aptitude to navigate meeting platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and other remote engagement software. May be required to attend in‑person meetings with HCP offices (15%-20%) based on business needs and client requests. Willingness to work across time zones if needed. Qualifications - Skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Clear, articulate, and professional phone manner. Strong focus on supporting customer needs. Effective rapport‑building and active listening skills. Excellent selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation skills. Displays high levels of initiative, effort, and commitment to all aspects of the role. Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical/medical terminology, including competitive information, virtually and in person. Self‑motivated and disciplined to work independently and within a team. Good organizational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Cross‑functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and digital meeting platforms. Ability to travel for work‑related meetings and functions (including overnight and/or weekend). A valid driver’s license and safe driving record required. Must complete all required Amplity and client training and certification. Working Conditions Remote‑based role requiring regular virtual engagement with healthcare professionals. May include occasional travel for in‑person meetings or participation in conventions, regional/national meetings, and other business‑related events. Representatives working in the District of Columbia, City of Chicago, State of Nevada, State of Oregon, or those associated with Jackson Memorial Health in Miami‑Dade County Florida may need to obtain specific licenses.
