About the Role

TeleMed2U is seeking a Provider Recruiting Specialist to support the growth of our national, multi-specialty telehealth provider network. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting of healthcare providers, including physicians, advanced practice providers across multiple specialties and states. You will play a critical role in building strong provider pipelines and delivering a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, remote environment. Success in this role means being proactive, detail-oriented, and relationship-drivenable to guide providers through the recruiting process with transparency and care while meeting hiring goals that support TeleMed2U's mission of expanding access to high-quality virtual care nationwide. This hybrid role is based out of the Austin, Texas location and candidates must be able to commute to the office.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate high-volume recruitment efforts for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Therapists.
• Draft and post job opportunities across job boards, social media, and other platforms.
• Identify potential candidates through job board and social media sourcing.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to candidates.
• Track provider candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage workflows.
• Schedule and coordinate initial interviews with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate clinical interviews with CMOs and schedule follow-up interviews with appropriate team members.
• Support continuous updates and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct initial provider verifications.
• Draft and finalize provider contracts and compensation addendums for additional services.
• Assist in compiling and communicating onboarding details to internal teams.
• Develops and implements sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Fully proficient in all ATS functions and recruitment platforms, with seamless navigation. (Greenhouse experience a plus)
• Independently manages full-cycle recruiting for most positions.
• Collaborates effectively with hiring managers across multiple departments.
• Assists in resolving candidate concerns and addressing process inefficiencies.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.

Compensation can fall between $21-$30 an hour based on experience and skills.
