Conduct personalized speech therapy sessions emphasizing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing techniques.

Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to establish comprehensive care strategies.

Educate patients and their families on techniques to further their progress beyond therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring a seamless treatment experience.

Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with all relevant state, federal, and institutional regulations.

Pursue ongoing professional development and engage with peers to stay current in the field.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required if not ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods for all patient demographics, with a solid foundation in developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
