**Work Experience** Required - 10 years of experience in successfully managing complex hospital and patient care delivery, including 3 years of leadership/management experience.**Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs****)*** Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.* Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.* Strong interpersonal skills.* Excellent conflict management skills and ability to relate to executive management, professionals and business and community leaders.* Excellent leadership skills and ability to inspire others as well as manage challenging situations.* Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.* Leads the coordination, implementation and execution of operational/expansion and performance improvement projects as assigned.* Assists with operational responsibility for ancillary and support services.* Supports overall strategic goals of the organization and identifies potential growth opportunities.* Participates in physician development and relations.* Participates in community outreach activities.* Performs other related duties as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
