Responsibilities Assist users with a variety of issues including software application errors; software installation and configuration; desktop/laptop hardware; network communications; Internet connectivity; Point of Sale (POS) hardware and software; printers and scanners. Document all work performed through a ticket tracking system and effectively route and/orescalate tickets to the appropriate teams. Collaborate with team members to form effective technical solutions. Interact with leadership and team members to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions. Monitor customer infrastructure using provided tools and ensure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Associate’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Internet Technology or related fields, and/or 1–3 years of applicable work experience in IT support (preferred). Knowledge and/or experience with Windows10, macOS, MSOffice, Office365. Ability to multi‑task and maintain good communication. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent problem analysis and solving skills. Self‑starter, dependable and accurate in completing tasks with strong attention to detail. Ability to function effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications IT‑related certifications (e.g., A+, Network+, Security+, ITIL or MCP).
