Temp - Administrative - HR Shared Services Representative II

Disability & Return To Work Coordinator Our health system includes two hospital locations in Robbinsdale and Maple Grove, along with a network of 25 clinics. This includes 13 primary clinics, 6 specialty clinics, 4 urgent care centers, and emergency care services across five counties. Our Robbinsdale Hospital, established in 1954, is a 385-bed facility recognized as a top Level 1 Trauma Center and Level II pediatric trauma center. Established in 2009, our Maple Grove Hospital is a 134-bed facility known for Women and Children Care, featuring a Level III NICU and the state's largest Family Birth Center. Both hospitals are named in the 2022 Fortune/Merative 100 Top Hospitals list and the 2023 Women's Choice Award Best Hospitals list. The Disability & Return to Work Coordinator reports to Team Member Health and collaborates with stakeholders for optimal Stay at Work and Return to Work outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulations and union agreements. This role coordinates Disability Management and Return to Work services for team members with occupational and non-occupational illnesses or injuries, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations and collective bargaining agreements. The coordinator has in-depth knowledge of these requirements and vocational strategies, making independent decisions regarding rules, laws, and union agreements. The role involves collaborating on return to work policy and internal workflows to maximize team member experience. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Vocational Rehabilitation, or related field - Required 2 years of experience in design, development, and consultation regarding disability, Work Comp, and return to work systems, technology, and processes - Required 6 years of experience with end-to-end disability, return to work administration, and ADA, WC, preferably in a union environment - Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulations related to absences and accommodations. Understanding of Return to Work principles and Privacy legislation. Ability to interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements related to absences, disability, return to work, and accommodations. Ability to identify potential safety concerns related to return to work and elevate issues appropriately. Effective teamwork skills, specifically with the Absence Management Program Administrator, to provide a seamless leave experience for Team Members. Ability to provide direction and consultation on disability, return to work, WC, and accommodation decisions to leaders and stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr ThreePDS
