Education Requirements Associate's degree or Paralegal certificate preferred Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years of Paralegal experience required Experience in successions, real estate, estate planning, and civil litigation preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office required Experience with Amicus legal case management software is a plus Job Duties Assist attorneys with preparing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and contracts Draft legal correspondence and documentation Maintain organized case files and client records Transcribe legal documents and correspondence accurately Perform case-related data entry and record management Communicate with clients and parties involved in legal matters Track and maintain up-to-date client file information Provide administrative support as needed Physical Capabilities Ability to work in an office environment for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Capable of working independently and within a team environment Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
