Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Oversee quality control and safety on job sites

Required Skills:

• Experience with metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and industrial construction
• Knowledge of construction drawings, blueprints, and scope development
• Ability to manage change orders, pre-construction, and punch out lists
• Proficiency in Prolog, Bluebeam, and Sage Timberline
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Technical Skills:

• Submittals
• Take-offs
• Construction documentation
• Construction management

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
