Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to formulate comprehensive mental health diagnoses, implementing well-structured treatment plans that align with clinical best practices.

• Maintaining a dynamic caseload of 25–30 client visits per week, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to accommodate individual progress and changing needs.

• Documenting and updating clinical notes in accordance with company protocols, ensuring clarity and compliance in treatment documentation such as diagnostic assessments and therapy progress notes.

• Collaborating with various stakeholders, including case managers, educational staff, and medical personnel to coordinate client services and deliver holistic care.

• Providing innovative therapeutic interventions, utilizing your creativity to engage clients in meaningful ways that help them achieve personal goals.

• Delivering high-quality customer service to clients, establishing rapport and trust while fostering a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
